Technical Producer/Voice, "The Adam Carolla Show"

Hi.  I’m Mike Dawson.  My parents love me.  Because of this, they allowed me to completely disregard my college education to pursue a career in radio.  I’ve been a DJ in San Diego, San Francisco and Santa Barbara.  I’ve never lived more than 20 miles from the beach and I never go there.  It’s not that I don’t like the beach, it’s just that getting there smacks of too much effort.  I’ve never been too big on effort.  Hey, I talk for a living.  And they pay me for it.  So who’s the joke really on? 

The bumper music and voice that you hear getting in to and out of The Adam Carolla Show?  Well, that’s me.  And yes, I am talking to you.  No, not you, you.  And they said you’re crazy.  Jesus.
